Privacy Policy

InclusionWorks is operated by GNOSIS Ethical Intelligence (“GNOSIS”, “we”, “us”). We take the privacy of students, families, educators, and district staff seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the platform, we may collect:
- Account information — name, role, school affiliation, and email address.
- Concern submissions — the content you choose to enter into the platform.
- Usage information — pages viewed, actions taken, and aggregated analytics that help us improve the product.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate and improve the platform, to surface and route student concerns, to generate accountability reporting for districts, and to maintain the security of the service. We do not sell personal information.
3. Data Residency & Storage
Student data is stored on Canadian infrastructure and processed in alignment with FIPPA, PIPEDA, and applicable provincial education-sector requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Sharing
We share information only with: (a) authorized district staff under your governance model, (b) sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service under contractual data-protection obligations, and (c) authorities when legally required.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information. Requests can be directed to info@gnosisethical.com.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, and support audit requirements. Districts can configure retention windows within their governance settings.
7. Children
The platform is designed for use within K–12 settings. Where minors use the platform, it is on the basis of school authorization and parental notice as required by law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to district administrators and posted here with an updated effective date.
