These Terms govern your use of the InclusionWorks platform (the “Service”) provided by GNOSIS Ethical Intelligence (“GNOSIS”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
The Service is licensed for use by school districts and their authorized users. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your district's policies and applicable law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Conduct
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or knowingly false.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security controls or access data outside your authorized scope.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and content remain the property of GNOSIS Ethical Intelligence. Your district retains ownership of the data you submit.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GNOSIS does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNOSIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
